Am I a Lucky Mom!!!!

Here are the wonderful handmade gifts I received for Mother's Day!

Beautiful table runner from Amy.

Beautiful bracelets from Kristen.

How lucky am I? There were several other wonderful presents (an IPod shuffle!) but these are the ones that were made for me by my beautiful and talented daughter and daughter-in-law.

Wow, how cool! K, are those the beads that you bought when you were down here for your b-day? If so, that was quick work!

First, I love the name.

Second, cool yarn.

Third, wow, hats w/o the ends tucked in that look cool! I'd be even more likely to finish the project!

Fourth, I think I like the Nubblers, but there's also something creepy about them...

I think I liked the nubbers too!strange as they are!

I loved the yarn that was spun with the baby chicks. It has no practical use but is fun!

I missed the baby chick yarn! Will have to go back.

Have you 2 seen the latest Mary Engelbreit mag? The featured artist is a woman who makes beads out of paper. I'm quite sure I don't have the patience for such a thing, but it looks really cool!

I saw it! I wondered if I could do it but decided against even trying so don't save your barcodes for me. Thought her stuff was wonderful tho.

I hadn't followed that link---her yarn is amazing! But really, it's just to buy, put on your table and gaze at. Which I certainly don't have a problem with.

You'll all be happy to know that we just purchased a new digital camera yesterday, so as soon as I figure out how to take and download pics, I'll do another post.
