This and That

The bottle is a "get well card" I made for my Mother following her hip replacement surgery. I thought it was really cool but I'm not sure my mother got the picture, if you know what I mean. Oh well~ it was fun to do and I proved that I can fit a fairy in a bottle and keep her upright.Oh the possibilities!
This here is a pendant that I bought when we were out on one of our baseball trips last year. It is coral and olive jade and I can't remember what the third stone is. I finally got around to making a real necklace out of it instead of just the silver chain I was wearing it on. The close up shows the true colors.

What you may not know from the picture, E, is that you and are I going to need to stage a cat burglarly to go lift it from Gram's house. I guess hip replacement surgery makes grammas a little crabby and unappreciative. I say we go get it back!

I loove it all and I want to do something similar to my necklace bob!

Yes, let's get serious about planning!!!

I love the fairy-in-a-bottle. Maybe once the drugs wear off, Gram will be more appreciative????

And the necklace is lovely, too.

I just spent the weekend at my parents'. Rob made a vanity for our new bathroom--it'll be quite lovely once it's stained and even better once the rest of the bathroom is done, too.

Mom & Dad weren't around much so I spent most of my time with Deb & 7 1/2 month old Kayla who is the cutest thing ever! I finished knitting her that halter top from Knitty.com. Pictures to come--we got home a bit late last night & I crashed.

I loved the halter from Knitty but alas~no baby to knit it for. I doubt that Huck would be allowed to wear it considering who his dad is!
You come up with the date and we can make our weekend happen!!
