Old sweater, new cardigan

Here's the project I was talking about--not one I did, but one to do. I haven't tried it yet--I don't have any wool sweaters I want to rip up--but it looks like it could be fun.

Love it! I'm not sure I have a wool sweater that would work but I bet Chuck might have just the perfect thing to experiment with..He'll never notice it's gone.

oh, he'd never miss one little sweater!

I took a quick look at the website--very neat! I'd had the thought of doing a baby quilt with the words "Hush little baby".

does Dad own wool sweaters? I thought you wacky Western New Yorkers eschewed wool, being that its warm and all.

Seriously though mom, hack up that one I brought him from Peru!

I just spent an hour at Target picking out an iron. Bought a red one. Its GOT to be better than the stupid Black and Decker one I have that spits all over everything!

oh, and I bought Lucy the puppy a marabou collar. Shh -- don't tell amy. She'l hate it! :)
